Meet Kaylynn Kelley

This was the first time we ever sold a house, and we felt pretty overwhelmed, but Kaylynn was there to keep us going, and she was very understanding and reassuring. Our house needed some work before we could list it, and she was outstanding in guiding us to know what to prioritize and how to stage our house so that it would look its best! She recommended a price our house would sell for, and our house sold for the asking price in one weekend. Kaylynn made this all happen, and we appreciate all the help we received from her, and will definitely use her again and recommend her to our friends!

Kaylynn did a wonderful job selling our home. We were moving out of state and had a very small window of time. She took care of all the little details associated with selling a home and handled them all. So we could move on to our new home knowing that everything was being handled.

We moved to the PNW in October 2021. Our realtor in Las Vegas referred us to Kaylynn through some realtor group he belonged to. He’d never met her but talked with her over the phone and said we’d like her. So originally we were going to interview/meet with three different realtors and decide which one would be best for us. Kaylynn was the first meeting and after chatting with her over coffee we decided we didn’t even need to meet with the other realtors, Kaylynn was it. She really listened to our goals and wants for a new home. The search was exciting at first but after months of searching and being outbid many times we were really feeling like giving up. Kaylynn helped us refocus and zero in on what was important to us. After five months of searching Kaylynn found us a home that we never thought we’d be able to have, it meets and exceeds what we imagined we could afford in this crazy market! We had seen when our home had listed but never considered we might be able to get it, Kaylynn convinced us to at least look at it. We did and amazingly our bid was accepted! We’re so excited for our new home and the help from Kaylynn in finding this one was very impressive. So if you’re looking for a realtor I will tell you that choosing Kaylynn as yours will be a great choice!

I cannot say enough great things about Kaylynn! We were moving from Las Vegas to Washington and besides a few trips to the PNW, we weren't exactly sure about what areas were right for us. She asked us a few questions about ourselves and the areas we thought we might like and immediately set us up to find our home. Since we were still transitioning from Nevada to Washington, we weren't able to do home tours but she checked the homes on our list and sent detailed videos and voice memos to let us know her complete honest opinion about the home so we could make a decision that was right for us. It's a scary thing to move from another state but the entire time I felt like Kaylynn had our backs and was protecting us from making a decision that wasn't exactly right for us. She responded quickly and was very patient with us, answering all of our questions even when it got to be a lot. This was my first home buying experience and she never made me feel stupid with my questions. We have now found a home that is absolutely perfect for us and gives our family room to grow. Kaylynn was an awesome buyer realtor for us. I highly recommend her. She is professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She guided us throughout the competitive Bellevue market as we bought our first condo. She was quick to response. She stayed up late many days writing our offers and answering our questions. She prepared comp analysis every time we wanted to put an offer which was extremely valuable. I really enjoyed having her by our side the whole buying process.
